"This is a dynamite company who specializes in linen service. I have been doing business with them for over 20 years and whenever a mistake happens, because the mistake happens in business from time to time due to human error, the company and policy is to fix the issue within 90 minutes or less. I have been out of linen because I booked last minute parties on Christmas and the owner even delivered the linen for me personally. The owner left a family party just to take care of my restaurant.
